I think Miles had told me one morning that he was hungry and wanted breakfast then got down stairs before I could. I heard some commotion and came around the corner to find this. Guess he gave up waiting for me and decided to get his own breakfast!
We got the "Pass of All Passes" this year and had lots of fun with them. Here at Trafalga in Lehi, the boys LOVED the bumper boats.
Well, Miles didn't really enjoy getting wet, lol.
There weren't many rides they would let me on being pregnant (with Luke). I could only handle one ride on the carousel because it made me so dizzy and nauseous.
I don't know who loved the race cars more, Jack or Britton. ;)
Every time Jack came around he would yell, "Mom, I'm flying...can you see me?!"
Jack played on a Marv Jensen Rec Center soccer team this spring and was really into - in the beginning anyway. It was "fun" trying to watch and support Jack, but entertain Miles at the same time so he wouldn't run onto the playing field after the ball.
"Look, Mom, I made a camel!"
What a trophy! First thing Jack did was like it like an ice cream cone, lol.
What a special memory that Jack got to play soccer with his cousin Porter and friend Kaitlyn!
And of course, Jack made fast friends on his team as well.

Easter
The Easter Bunny was a tad lazy last year ;) but it was still fun for Jack and Miles to find their Easter baskets and hunt for eggs in the back yard!
Jack's First Soccer Team
Jack was SO excited to play soccer this past year and he was pretty good too!
Jack even made a few goals!
This was a special team; Jack got to play with his cousin, Porter, and good friend Kaitlyn...and of course he quickly became friends with the rest of the team too.
Random
Miles came in my room one day SO proud of himself. He stuck the Mister Potato Head mouth and eyes in his ear holes and called them earrings, LOL!
There is something so serene about Miles when he is sleeping...maybe it's his eyelashes, but I could just watch him sleep all night.
Trip to the Zoo
This was our last trip to the zoo with the season pass I had purchased the year before. We finally used the carousel tickets that we got when we became members.
I have a picture just like this of Britton with Jack when he was younger...in almost this exact spot at the zoo
We had train tickets to use too!

December 2010
Did you catch that? If you didn't read very closely, you may have thought that I was making a post about last month, because that would only be natural. What isn't natural is that it has now been over a year since my last post. How sad. Well, I am picking up where I left off, but don't think this means that I will be posting every day from now on. I'm starting with baby steps. :)
I think this is one of the boxes we store our Christmas decorations in...why do we even get our kids toys?!?! Seriously, the best things to play with are always the non-toys, right?
Our annual Christmas Eve impromptu Nativity "play" with Britton's side of the family. Jack played Joseph this year and Miles refused to participate.
Our little Christmas corner.
I LOVE Miles's reaction to the presents!
I love how excited Miles gets about this present, but I'm not a big fan of my goofy face. Oh, and Jack says something about the toy being for a girl because he saw a picture on the back of a girl playing with it.
This is Jack telling us Santa ate his cookies and the reindeer ate the carrots we left out for them.
Hanging out as a family, playing with Christmas presents after having what I call "Breakfast Skillet", apple turnovers and orange juice for breakfast.
I don't remember what it was, but we asked Miles something and he shook his head "No". When Britton said "No" all funny like he does in this video it cracked Miles up, so he kept shaking his head so Britton would keep saying "No" like he did before.

All of October
Yup...it's October in a nutshell...
Miles started this little number; guess he didn't like my music, HA!

Came home and turned on a show so I could make dinner in peace. Then I look over and see the boys watching tv like this, too cute!
Finally got to see Toy Story 3 with Jack in the theater and of course he LOVED it! He must have remembered taking a picture by the movie poster when we went to see Planet 51 because he insisted on a picture by the movie poster this time.
A special day...the day Britton was sworn in to the Utah State Bar (Association). It was crowded and dark, so I didn't get any good pictures. He's like the 7th person down this row.
Refreshments with the USBA seal in chocolate :)
Britton's family tradition of getting the cousins together at Gardner Village in their costumes.
Mr. Miles hanging in the stroller.
Got an ok shot of Jack in his costume...
And an ok one of Miles in his costume...but didn't manage to get a good one of both of them of course!
Our pumpkins and the boys dressed up right before trick-or-treating (whoops...Mom's missing, lol!)
And my family's tradition of getting together for a dinner of chili, cornbread and root beer before heading out trick-or-treating in our little neighborhood.
Yeah, so I was a super slacker in the picture department for the whole of October, but that doesn't mean it wasn't fun! :)

A Weekend with Jack's Cousin
We got to spend a fun weekend with Jack's cousin, Connor. Jack LOVES Connor and had such a blast following him around, doing everything Connor did. It was too dang cute!
We got to go to one of Connor's soccer games...he's second from the right. Jack was in heaven watching Connor play...he wants to play soccer so bad!

Jack watching his every move, LOL!
We went to one of the "classes" at Discovery Gateway and ended up being the only ones there...
So, the boys got to play however they wanted with the bean bags and it got a little wild...it ended up being the funnest throwing contest ever. So glad they had a cute "teacher". :)
Construction zone was definitely a favorite.
Flying the helicopter.
SO proud of his tower!
Yeah, Miles had a blast too!
All Jack and Connor wanted to do was play outside in our tiny backyard all weekend long and Jack had so much fun discovering everything with his big cousin. When we got home from Discovery, Jack decided that he was going to start his own rock quiweckshun (collection).
Thanks Connor for the great weekend!!
