Olive Garden and Hair Cut

So, I know that I have been blogging about stuff that happened ages ago, but I am trying to catch up...however little at a time that might be.

We had an adults night out. I had the most awesome tortellini, it was delicious! So fun :D

The day we had family pictures taken, we had to get Jack a hair cut. Waiting for a "stylist" to help us, we had to pull out every trick in the book to keep him from running/screaming all over the store like a little hoodlum. Mommy's sunglasses worked for a little while.

As a treat for good behaviour, Jack got a sucker, so when I took Jack out to the car to wait for Daddy to get his hair cut, I let him have it. It got to the point that the sucker stick was dissolving and I was sure the sucker part was going to fall off into his mouth and he would swallow it whole, so I did what any concerned mom would do...right? I took it away and it was like I had run over his puppy instead. He wasn't just sad, he was in mourning!

I'm so glad that you had the presence of mind to bring a camera that night. And stop making my sweet little nephew cry!

Cute new due! I have the same problem with the sucker everytime Boston gets a hair cut. Glad to see your getting back in the blogging world again.

I love the Olive Garden, mostly for their bread sticks and salad.
Jack's haircut is cute, that's too bad about his sucker :(

He is just so cute. We love Olive Garden too. Sounds like a fun time. I dread Tanners first hair cut. He doesnt like strange people and can never hold still that will be fun
