Chocolate Pound Cake
(I got this from the side of a Duncan Hines Devil's Food cake mix box)
1 box chocolate cake mix (I use a generic devil's food mix)
1 small box (4-serving) chocolate pudding mix
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
Beat medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. (I always do 60 minutes.) Once it cools a little turn it over onto a plate and drizzle vanilla icing on top (I use generic and heat it up in the microwave a little).

What do you do with all that cake? There's no way Chris and I could ever/should ever eat it between the two of us before it gets old and stale. And I just HATE throwing away a good treat if I can avoid it. Maybe I should just make some and take it to the neighbors?

Its even yummier if you cut the water down to 1/2 c and switch it for whole milk. Change the oil to melted butter, and add a cup of sour cream. Very fattening, but oh so yummy :)
