Memory Lane...I got this from Mindi. I hope you will play along. Here are the directions:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together (It can be a memory with either Stephanie, Britton, or both). It doesn't matter if you knew me/us a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you.

So most of my memories of you are in nursery. I don't really know if I can pin point just one. I still can't get over the week when we had a bunch of kids there. We were all talking (Sarah, Joe, you and of course me) and poor Britton was sitting on the floor with kids all over him....poor guy. Also, I won't ever forget the first time Jack actually took a toy from someone. It was like finally Jack could fight back!!
My memory is when you first left Jack we went to IHOP for my birthday. It was a few months past my birthday but it waqs fun none the less. But it was the first time you left Jack and you were worried.
On the 4th of July i had a glow in the dark bracelet and remembered the time we let the elders borrow our car for transfers and it was time to meet up with them to get it back, only we were up at the top of a very long STEEP hill. So we ran...all the way down the hill in the dark!!! I had a glow stick but it didn't work. That was fun!
Okay, so my funniest memory with you was that great Audrey Hepburn movie we picked out that one night. I remember saying, "Oh, I love old movies, and I love Aubrey Hepburn, and I haven't seen this one!" You agreed. Who knew there were lesbian movies way back then??? Ya, nice choice, remember how Jake and Britton gave us such a hard time? Ha ha ha!
So you'll probably be mad about the memory that popped into my mind...but when i read this post i immediatly thought of when you fell at dance class the other day! it was like watching a cartoon! i'm so glad you are okay so that i can laugh about it now. please still be my friend!
Ok, I must choose something from our childhood since I'm of the few people that knew you back then. I remember when we were Young Women and we went on a temple trip to the DC temple. I was so embarassed that you were sitting in the back of the bus with all the Young Men having a burping contest with them, and worse that you WON!(But then again, I don't think I've ever met anyone that can burp louder than you can). I remember when I started dating Stephen Williams and everytime he mentioned you he would laugh and tell me how amazing he thought that was!
Ok one more. The first time I ever met Britton you brought him into Olive Garden for dinner and I waited on you two. I remember that I said to him was "What are you nine?" and he good-naturedly laughed and said "No, I'm fifteen." Then he said "No, I'm really nineteen." I believed this because... well who wouldn't? He looks nineteen now! Then a few weeks later you and I were talking on the phone and I asked about him and you told me that he was thinking about going to Law School and I said "Don't you think he should go on a mission first?" and you said "He has been on a mission, to Russia" and I said "No he didn't, he told me he was 19!" You, of course, laughed at me and said "He was joking!" I always feel bad for that... oh well!
So, remember the good ol' days when we were companions for VT. First, I was grateful to get to know you better, and second you were such an example to me. (If this sounds cheesy sorry, but it is true). Thank you Steph, you are one amazing woman!
One of my first memories was visiting teaching... I remember thinking that it was usually one of the longest visiting teaching visits I had ever been on... I loved your honesty about being pregnant (good things and bad)
I remember as a freshly called RS president you were the first to call and offer to take a meal to a family who were having a baby. You have no idea how much I appreciated that especially considering the 27 babies born in our ward last year. And, I really appreciated talking to you in my state of shock. You helped calm my overwhelmed feelings a little. Thank you!
I hope I can follow your example of always being willing to serve and help out.
I remember meeting both of you guys in primary in the 1st ward, because I sat behind your class for 2 years! Also learning that you had been on a mission-I thought that was really cool. And when you found out you were pregnant with Jack and we sat in the foyer at church during primary and talked about pregnancy and everything else.
I remember that I really first met you through our blogs. I saw you every week when we dropped off Jonesy at nursery but we didn't really get to talk. I am glad you posted a comment on our blog so long ago so that we could get to know each other better. It has been fun!
It was fun to see you out on a walk tonight. Jack is so cute!
I think my favorite memory we have together takes place on the dance floor! Thanks for being my regular:) Hope we make more memories down the road!
